Katharine is recognised as a personal injury specialist who practices in multi track litigation. Her areas of expertise cover all aspects of personal injury work including costs and she regularly advocates at Cost Management Hearings. Katharine has significant experience of Employer’s liability and Public Liability claims and CICA work.

Miss Titchmarsh’s practice includes representing persons at inquests.
