Family & Matrimonial Finance

Natasha has extensive experience representing Local Authorities, parents, extended family members, children’s Guardians in all tiers of the Family Court.

Natasha is instructed to conduct finding of fact hearings including allegations of neglect, violence, factitious illness and emotional harm. Natasha was led recently in a three week finding of fact hearing concerning allegations of sexual abuse of six children.

Natasha is sought out for her skills to communicate with and put at ease nervous and sensitive clients.

Natasha undertakes private law work on behalf of parents and other family members involving residence, contact and parental responsibility disputes.

Natasha has extensive experience in domestic violence cases including injunctions, occupation orders, forced marriage, honour violence and committals.

Natasha also deals with ancillary relief and matrimonial finance cases, accepting instructions from first appointments through to final hearings, maintenance pending suit applications, freezing order applications etc. In addition, Natasha is instructed in proceedings relating to co-ownership of property under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (ToLATA).

Natasha has experience in appearing against litigants in person acknowledging a need to be fair but firm.

Equestrian Law

Natasha has a keen interest in horses and Equestrian Law and has developed a website dedicated to equestrian law – www.equestrianlawyer.co.uk

Natasha covers all aspects of equestrian law including breach of contract, professional negligence, regulatory work, tribunal representation, personal injury etc

Natasha is a keen equestrian competing regularly at British Show jumping competitions.
