David St Clair Callan

David is a vastly experienced personal injury practitioner, having advised and appeared in a wide variety of claims for claimants and defendants.

He is regularly instructed in cases involving accidents at work, road traffic claims, industrial diseases, professional negligence, and stress at work, including bullying and harassment leading to personal injury. He has a special interest in personal injury related limitation cases and has lectured and conducted seminars on the subject. 

Police & Prison Claims

David is one of the most experienced practitioners in claims against the police in the North-East and also advises frequently on all aspects of prison claims, including Judicial Review. He strongly believes this is an expanding area of work and welcomes the establishment of the Administrative Court in Leeds.

Crime

David has substanial Crown Court criminal advocacy experience.
