Diane specialises in all areas of family law, including Public Law Children Act (care and adoption); Private Law Children Act (including residence, contact and leave to remove); ancillary relief, trusts of land; and family law injunctions.

   

Diane also undertakes Court of Protection work, including Best Interests decisions for adults who lack capacity and the appointment and revocation of welfare and financial deputies.

   

Diane is instructed on a wide range of ancillary relief work which include cases involving disputes about overseas properties, valuation of business interests, third party property rights and pension assets.
