Barrister specialising in trusts and commercial litigation and advice, particularly pensions, private trusts, financial services, fraud, asset tracing, insolvency, contractual disputes and associated professional negligence. Has been listed as one of the 10 future stars of the bar in both the Times and Legal Week in recent years.

Career

Tutor in law at Gonville and Caius and Selwyn Colleges, Cambridge 2002-03; called 2003, Lincoln’s Inn. Publications include a large number of articles on pensions, private client and commercial topics. He is co-author with Dr Janet O’Sullivan of The Law of Contract (OUP 2004-12, 1st – 5th editions), co-author of the protector and disclosure of information chapters in The International Trust (Hayton ed.) (2012), and co-author of the pension scheme actuaries chapter in Professional Negligence and Liability (Simpson ed.).
