Position

Sarah specialises in public and private law children cases, including adoption proceedings, and is regularly instructed by local authorities, parents and children's guardians.

Sarah accepts instructions on all aspects of public law work and is developing a practice (in her own right and as a led junior) with an increasing focus on complex and serious issues such as non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, mental health problems and FII.

In private law matters, Sarah is frequently instructed to represent children in high-conflict cases that include implacable hostility and alienation.  Notable cases include:
