Oberon specialises in insolvency, property and commercial litigation. He has in-depth experience of the full range of personal and corporate insolvency in both domestic and cross-border situations. He acts for and advises officeholders, directors, shareholders, debtors and creditors alike.
Recently, Oberon has successfully acted as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal in Watts v Revenue and Customs Commissioners [2021] EWCA Civ 1124. He is also a member of the Attorney-General’s London C Panel of Counsel.
