Dr. Oveis Rezvanian is a distinguished Iranian attorney, an associate professor of arbitration law, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). He is recognized for his proficiency in arbitration, litigation, and legal consultation. With an impressive educational background encompassing both engineering and law, Dr. Rezvanian has established himself as a prominent legal figure in Iran and on the international stage. He possesses a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Geneva and an LLM in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University, underscoring his dedication to academic excellence. In November 2014, Dr. Rezvanian was appointed Director of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC), an independent international organization operating under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO). He maintained this position until his resignation in November 2022. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in advocating for arbitration as a preferred method of dispute resolution within the region.

In 2016, Dr. Rezvanian was honored as the Outstanding ICAL Alumnus of Stockholm University for “his numerous achievements in the field of arbitration, including his leading role in Iran and the surrounding region.”

Dr. Oveis Rezvanian was admitted to the Iran Central Bar in 2012 and founded Rezvanian International in 2014.
