What we’re looking for: We’re looking for people with the potential to be brilliant lawyers; candidates who not only have a consistently strong academic record including a minimum of ABB at A-level or equivalent, but also who have a wide range of interests and achievements outside their academic career. Additionally, we would like to see innovative candidates with a drive for results, good verbal and written communication skills, resilience, and an ability to analyse, with good judgement and excellent interpersonal skills.

What you’ll do: Solicitor apprentices join the firm’s London office and spend their first 12-18 months developing an understanding of how the firm operates in business services departments such as risk and compliance, the information centre and legal projects and innovation. At that point, you’ll move into one of our legal practices.
