Graduated in Law cum laude from the Pontifical Mother and Teacher Catholic University, has completed master’s studies in Economic Analysis of Law with specialisation in financial operations at the Torcuato di Tella University, in. Buenos Aires, Argentina and Constitutional Law in the double degree programme of the Universities Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and Castilla – La Mancha (UCLM), Spain. He has more than 10 years of experience in the local financial sector (Banking and Securities Market), in the legal and regulatory areas, also having experience in civil and commercial litigation. Likewise, he has studied Senior Executive Management at Barna Management School.
He has participated in high-impact legislative reform processes in the national economic sector, through different civil society organisations. Likewise, he has coordinated projects for the launch of new products that promote financial inclusion and the development of the securities market. He chaired the Latin American Financial Law Committee of FELABAN (COLADE) and the Legal Committee of the Association of Banks of the Dominican Republic (ABA). During his tenure he has developed good communication skills, teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and results orientation.
