Bruno Bertolotti is head of legal and compliance, and leads the policy team at Roche for Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay. He has over 13 years of experience working in the Life Sciences sector and advising the pharmaceutical industry. He holds an LL.M in Business and Competition Law from Freie Universitat Berlin, a specialist title in LL.M of Contractual Law of the Universidad Católica Uruguay and Diplomas in International Law and Political Economy. In his current position, Bruno is part of Roche’s leadership team and responsible for ensuring Roche operations are legally compliant, negotiating innovative agreements with the governments, defining legal regulatory strategies and representing Roche before different stakeholders. He was Professor of commercial law at the ORT University.
