Vasiliki P. Gallou is an accomplished Greek lawyer with over two decades of experience in Greek and EU law. Currently serving as the chief legal affairs and compliance officer at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems, she leads a team of 14 professionals, steering the company’s legal operations across four continents. Vasiliki has played a pivotal role in Sunlight Group’s global expansion through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Her expertise encompasses corporate law, compliance, litigation, and cross-jurisdictional legal matters.

Previously, she held senior legal positions at Vodafone Greece, where she managed a legal team and was instrumental in key business initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the telecom and media sectors. Her background also includes significant litigation experience and in-house counsel roles at various law firms in Athens, where she provided legal services to both Greek and foreign companies, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.

Vasiliki holds an LLM in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LLB from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is also a graduate of the International Institute for Management Development’s Foundations for Business Leadership Programme.
