Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense? 

The digitisation of the legal department through a contract management tool and a digital signature system that is valid in court in case of litigation. In this way we improved the user experience, made response times more efficient and the cost for the legal department was null. In addition, this signature can be valid for all LATAM.

Digitisation of legal documents and agreements, through a new and unique tool we have been able to create, fill, sign and file certain documents reducing the response time to the user & the time invested by lawyers to 50%.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why? 

AI – In the country there is still much lack of knowledge of how it works, and therefore, a significant backlog in terms of laws, and the AI is being and will be the future, it will provide various solutions for processes, operations, etc., for many companies in various sectors, so, it is important to have knowledge of how it works and the regulatory framework in this regard.

So, as a company we are forming cross-functional teams to test what uses and ways we can be subject to using IA and at the same time be in compliance with the law.

DE&I – Promoting inclusion is one of our main objectives not only in the regulatory framework, but also as a company to promote a more inclusive society.

For them, from our trench we promote and sponsor initiatives, last year we led the initiative “playing for inclusion” in collaboration with indigenous communities, members of the LGBT community promoting safe and inclusive spaces for sports. We also donate active wheelchairs to people with motor disabilities.
