Reduction in the number of cases sent to the legal portfolio due to lack of recovery, both from the company and from business partners.

Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?

I am constantly looking to reduce expenses borne by the company, through lobbying and by finding new ways to obtain payment of debts without having to turn them over to external law firms.

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?

Within business, I care about providing a quick and timely analysis with various alternatives and scenarios, because this is how risks can be reduced. Personally, I like to help people who cannot afford to pay a fee by providing free legal advice, because I consider it important to contribute to the society that needs it.
