Our legal team has recently played a pivotal role in several major financial initiatives and strategies for the development and expansion of Costa Palmas. One notable example is our involvement in the refinancing efforts necessary to fund the construction of the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. This refinancing was crucial for the project’s advancement, and our team worked diligently to ensure its successful execution. Additionally, we have been actively engaged in planning and negotiating a revolving financing for the development of branded residences, which involves intricate financial arrangements and long-term strategic considerations. Our role has been to present and negotiate various strategies that address these complexities, ensuring that financial and development interests are harmonised with long-term profitability and risk mitigation.

Education’s social importance and impact is particularly significant in Mexico, and especially in stand-alone communities. Making strides through various community projects I have being able to provide educational opportunities to the community of La Ribera, where Costa Palmas is located. Right now, we’re focused on establishing an educational institution to provide locals with high quality education. By being part of these initiatives, I aim to positively impact the community, fostering empowerment, and sustainable development essential for the town’s long-term growth.
