Over the past year, our legal team has achieved significant milestones in handling successful cases and transactions. These victories underscore our unwavering commitment to compliance and effective risk management in the manufacturing and construction sector. One notable transaction we managed involved negotiating a substantial contract with a key supplier, reinforcing our supply chain, and boosting operational efficiency. This complex process required extensive collaboration with various departments, ensuring compliance while safeguarding the company’s present and future interests. Furthermore, we adeptly managed complex disputes related to ongoing construction projects, showcasing our expertise in local regulations and industry standards.

Our legal team spearheaded the transition to a digital document management system, revolutionizing our approach to contract management. This shift has facilitated seamless collaboration among team members and external partners, significantly improving workflow and reducing turnaround times on contract reviews and approvals. Leveraging existing technologies strategically has brought about substantial efficiency gains, allowing us to focus on strategic legal issues rather than administrative tasks.  

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?   

Our company’s commitment to sustainability, particularly in the area of water conservation, is a cause that we are deeply passionate about. We play a crucial role in developing sustainable water usage practices in various countries, and we are dedicated to minimizing water waste through careful planning and innovative practices. We actively engage in projects that educate local stakeholders on sustainable water management. Additionally, I am proud to lead the Mexico chapter of our company’s Women Network Committee, advocating for gender equity and empowering women across our organisation. Our initiatives aim to promote equal opportunities and leadership development and integrate gender equity into our corporate culture, ultimately leading to better decision-making and innovation in our projects. Our focus on sustainability and gender equity resonates with our overall mission of responsible manufacturing practices, reinforcing our dedication to being a leader in the industry.
