What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?  

We support the creation of jurisprudence that benefits taxpayers in foreign trade matters. 

We have formed a Task Force on tax matters composed of several corporate lawyers, law firms, chambers and associations to share experiences on the issues we have in common. 

We obtained a favorable ruling for the interests of the company that will be finalised in the Collegiate Circuit Courts. 

Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?    

Contemplate absolutely all scenarios of the Company’s Legal-Tax matters in order to be prepared for any situation that may arise. 

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?  

The set of legal reforms proposed by the Mexican Executive Branch, as I believe it changes the outlook for domestic and international investors.
