Anubhav Kapoor has more than 30 years of experience as general counsel and corporate secretary which spans across various industries including IT, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, food, pharmaceuticals, banking, and engineering services.

Anubhav is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a law graduate and has also done his Masters in Law from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and MBA in finance & information technology from Institute of Management Technology. He is also a member of Legal Services Committee of CII.

Having worked with large corporates like Ford. Tata Technologies, Cummins, Domino’s Pizza, Polaris Software, Allied to name a few; Anubhav has handled multifarious areas such as M&A, arbitration , litigations, structuring large business contracts etc. and as a corporate secretary he has extensive experience in dealing with high visibility boards and has handled complex matters including those related to board management, corporate governance, insider trading, private & public offerings. He also has a keen interest in intellectual property and innovation initiatives.

During his tenure at Tata Technologies, Anubhav has also served as Head of Global Corporate Sustainability  at where he worked extensively in programs related to education of girls, promotion of diversity at workplaces and encouraging innovation and design thinking among engineers.
