Advising for the pre-launches and launches of three biggest products in the market which contribute appx 50% of TO in 2024; strategic advice for policy roadmap to build the path for the strategic planning; winning IP violation, protect the reputation of the company.

What innovations have you made to the way your legal team works in the past year?

Digitalise the contracts, documentation approval, guidebooks for repeated questions, standardise the decision process…to remove the low added value from legal counsel.

Based on your experience, what is the key to collaborating successfully with business partners?

Understand the business strategies and mission, understand your key stakeholders’ expectations and priorities to prioritise legal resource for supporting; stand on the principals of general counsel: balancing between business AND guardian role; the key success factors for general counsels are not “Yes” or “no”, but HOW.
