The most challenging issues remain those concerning regulatory compliance and enforcement actions, including personal responsibility; disputes involving high-value and complex engineering solutions; and managing opportunities and execution challenges across some of the most demanding jurisdictions in the region.

Seeing far ahead and fostering a culture with our business partners where all aspects of managing risk, reputation, and growth go hand in hand.

What is a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about, and why? 

Bringing out the best in a diverse team of talented individuals remains one of the most important purposes of my career. It involves creating opportunities for others to share their expertise, develop, and ultimately succeed in various aspects of life. We are only as strong as the team around us.
