Ingkan Simanjuntak is a seasoned Indonesian legal professional with over 24 years of experience in commercial law, general corporate matters, and the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. Throughout her career, she has gained exposure across multiple industries, spending more than 12 years within the TMT sector before transitioning to her current role at KPMG Indonesia.

Her expertise spans a wide array of key areas, including technology regulation and compliance, data privacy, e-commerce, consumer protection, and commercial IT procurement/managed services.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ingkan is deeply committed to health and education, particularly for underprivileged children. As a volunteer and board member of the Hidup Baru Foundation, she helps oversee multiple community health clinics in Jakarta and Serpong. Since 2006, Ingkan has been actively engaged in volunteer initiatives, including mentoring underprivileged youth and supporting organizations focused on education and community development.

A proud mother of two teenagers, Ingkan is passionate about using her skills and experience to create positive social impact in both her professional and personal life.
