What are the most significant cases and transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?  

In the past 12 months, Ferrara acquired two sugar confectionary companies – Jelly Belly (California and Thailand) and Dori Alimentos (Brazil). In addition to accelerating our strong organic growth, our focus is on successfully integrating these two companies for continued expansion.
