Daniela Rost is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of experience as in-house counsel for companies within the same corporate group, including Universal Alloys, Georgian American Alloys, Felman Production, and CC Metals and Alloys. Since 2012, Daniela has played a key role in managing legal affairs across these entities, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic business objectives. Prior to transitioning to in-house counsel, Daniela gained extensive experience working for prominent law firms in New York, Florida, and Virginia. During this time, she honed her expertise in global finance, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitization, structured vehicles, and corporate law. This foundation provided her with a deep understanding of complex legal and financial frameworks, which she now applies to her in-house roles. Daniela earned her LL.B. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 1996 and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, further enabling her to manage the legal challenges of multinational operations effectively.
