The Container Store completed a review of strategic alternatives to define steps to contribute to long-term success. The legal department helped to identify the best path forward to ensure the Company enters 2025 stronger and better positioned to complete timely fulfillment of orders, quality manufacturing, and customer installations. The legal team partners with the business to make sure the company is protected, and necessary agreements are executed.
