Significant time is invested in preventive measures, including the establishment and support of robust organisational processes. This involves assessing potential legal vulnerabilities, conducting legal training, and encouraging the use of technology to reduce errors. The focus is on proactively supporting business functions and preventing legal issues before they arise.

One of Vetter’s major challenges is managing the group’s growth. The Legal department is involved in expansion and growth strategies, as well as the resulting operational tasks, such as the construction of new development and commercial manufacturing sites in Germany and the US, along with all related matters.
