Ingo is the General Counsel of Sodexo in Germany, bringing 25 years of experience across legal and commercial roles. His career has been focused on complex outsourced service contracts, a thread that has run through his time in the IT industry at Lufthansa Systems, Accenture, and NTT, as well as in his current role at Sodexo. Since joining Sodexo in 2014, Ingo has overseen legal matters not only in Germany but also across Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. As a member of the Sodexo Germany Leadership Team, he chairs the Supervisory Board of the company’s largest entity in Germany and has recently taken on the role of Managing Director for a food supply venture at Sodexo Germany. In terms of CSR, Ingo is deeply involved as a Senior Management Sponsor and a Straight Ally for LGBTIQ+.
