Biography

Judith Schönberger has been working as Legal Counsel at the cosmetics manufacturer Kao Germany GmbH since 2021. Kao Germany GmbH is a subsidiary of Kao Corporation – a Japanese chemical and cosmetics company listed on the Nikkei 225 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Prior to her work as an in-house lawyer, Mrs. Schönberger worked for almost three years as a lawyer/associate in a medium-sized Frankfurt law firm in the field of intellectual property, where she advised national and international clients on all intellectual property issues.

As Legal Counsel, Mrs. Schönberger is primarily responsible for the areas of competition and media law in the entire EMEA region and advises the specialist departments on all relevant issues, especially in the areas of advertising and social media.
