Naa’s career began in private legal practice, where she gained significant experience as a strategic litigator, successfully representing both individual and corporate clients in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. She later transitioned into in-house counsel roles, where she specialized in delivering comprehensive legal and compliance solutions. Notably, as the Head of Legal & Compliance for Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (Voltic Ghana Limited), Naa was instrumental in setting up a structured Legal Department, streamlining compliance processes, and significantly reducing the company’s legal risks.

Naa is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Superior Court of Ghana. She graduated from with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana and Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
