Larry Levin has a BA LLB (University of the Witwatersrand) and was admitted as an attorney in 2000. Recently Larry completed a short course offered by the University of Cape Town in Business Risk Management. He joined Dimension Data in 2009 as group head of legal, shortly before it was acquired by Japan-based Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), one of the largest global telecommunications service providers. Before joining Dimension Data, Larry worked as a corporate and IT lawyer. 

On 1 July 2019, NTT launched NTT, a world-leading global technology services provider that brought together the capabilities of 28 companies, including NTT Communications, Dimension Data and NTT Security. Larry was appointed as Executive Vice President of NTT. 

Larry manages a team of legal professionals supporting all business areas, including corporate, regulatory change and compliance, intellectual property, company secretarial, litigation and legal technology & operations. 

 With over 15 years of dedicated legal service at NTT and Dimension Data, Larry has honed his expertise in legal compliance, corporate law, and contract law, ensuring the highest standards of legal governance for NTT’s global technology clients. His mission aligns with NTT’s commitment to integrity and innovation. His approach to navigating complex legal landscapes has been integral in supporting the organization’s strategic goals and fostering a culture of compliance.
