The general counsel, corporate affairs and compliance manager and corporate secretary of Camposol is Alejandro Arrieta Pongo, who takes pride in leading a legal team which generates value for the Camposol organisation.
In January 2019, the legal team was active in guiding Marinasol, the aquaculture unit of Camposol, to buy shrimp farmer and exporter La Fragata.
Another feat in 2019 saw the legal team help establish a strategic cooperation between Camposol and Win-Chain, to export more Peruvian products to China. As an extension of this initiative, the legal team will also help Camposol to adopt and develop their electronic commerce process in China, enabling Camposol to maintain an efficient and fast operation for its customers.
