Why are in-house lawyers well-placed to drive change in their organisations?

In-house lawyers are uniquely positioned to drive change within their organizations due to their deep understanding of both the legal landscape and the company’s operations. They can identify opportunities for improvement, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and advocate for sustainable practices at all levels of the organization.
