We are focused in embedding sustainability into our culture and create value for all our stakeholders by actively engaging in business transformation. Sustainability is a key concept at Element and is a way for us to assess the environmental and ethical impact of our company by focusing on responsible business factors. Sustainability metrics and focus help us set goals, track progress, and measure our success, which we report to our four key stakeholder groups; our employees, our business, our clients, and our investors. As we live our Purpose to Move the world through intelligent mobility, it is more important than ever to prioritise a vision for the future that extends well beyond the immediate horizon. At Element, our commitment to sustainability is not just about achieving quick wins; it’s about fostering an enduring legacy of positive change. With a focus on creating a more equitable and inclusive world, we deepened our efforts to increase our impact by disclosing our full inventory of GHG emissions, committing to the SBTi, and aligning our disclosures to the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework
