The Corporación Lindley legal team worked on forming the largely anticipated alliance between Arca Continental and Lindley, consolidating one of the largest bottlers in the global Coca-Cola system and representing revenues of nearly US$5.4bn and EBITDA of US$1.1bn.
In September 2018, the legal team participated in talks to facilitate Arca Continental Latin America buying additional stake in Corporación Lindley, paying US$506.8m to purchase 223.8 million common shares.
