The Enfoca legal team is led by M&A expert and chief legal officer and general counsel Edgardo Cavalié, who has assisted the team in navigating some of its largest venture capital transactions.
In January 2019, the legal team contributed to Enfoca’s Grupo Auna executing the acquisition of a 97.3% stake in Promotora Médica Las Americas, the holding company of Grupo Las Americas.
In 2018 the Enfoca legal team worked on a significant transaction within the higher education industry, which saw Enfoca acquire shares in UCAL – Toulouse Group.
