The Oficina de Normalización Previsional (ONP) is the public state security agency of Peru, having the ultimate responsibility of administering the Peruvian state’s national pension system. Fully engaged in the ONP’s goals of providing this important function within the Peruvian state, the legal team of the organisation is led by legal manager Miluska Isabel Gil Ramon, a senior lawyer who has an abundance of experience in high profile executive positions in public organisations. The ONP legal team advises the business in all legal practices areas related to national pension law, including on mortgage funds, transport, government liaison, contracts and procurement consultancies.
