Morocco’s co-hosting of the World Cup represents a major challenge for lawyers. We must innovate legal techniques through legal engineering to succeed in this ambitious challenge while protecting the parties from legal risks.

Based on your experience, what is the key to collaborating successfully with business partners?

The main key is that the lawyer must be a business partner himself.
