CarrefourSA is a major global supermarket chain based in France that has a major presence in Turkey through its joint venture with the major industrial and financial conglomerate, Sabancı Holding. The organisation’s legal team, led by head of legal Tuğçe Karagözlü, has been recognised for its experience and skill in M&A transactions, share transfer agreements and other corporate legal matters as well as its tenacity in growing the company’s commercial brand in Turkey. In the last two years the legal team has been busy adeptly handling the expansion of the company through new real estate purchases and internal governance.
