The Turkish subsidiary of ING, a Dutch multinational banking and financial services corporation, started its representative office in Turkey in 1991 and focuses on corporate and financial institution lending, financial markets, trade finance and payments and cash management. With an in-house legal team of close to 30 in-house lawyers, the legal department is led by chief legal counsel, Çiğdem Dayan, who oversees their litigation and consultancy areas. The legal department is highly capable and skilled when advising on ING’s global range of financial products and services, committed to helping the fast growing dynamic bank develop further, whilst complying with ever-changing legislation.
