The legal team has a strong focus on real estate law, including successful signing of property acquisitions within very tight timelines, as well as overseeing larger scale transactions including several assets and companies, capital increase transactions and other corporate transactions. The legal team is composed of professionals with different and complementary backgrounds. They have daily deep integration with business, and in their day-to day responsibilities they deal with a great variety of issues, covering within their reach practical implications in regards of all business fronts – statutory, M&A, procurement, all sort of agreements including commercial, financing, advertising, IP, data privacy, compliance, and all areas of regulation, as well as tax aspects of transactions and all status of litigation and pre litigation processes.
