‘We strongly support the nomination of the internal legal team of the company Nautalia Viajes, a company dedicated to the marketing of tourism products and services that is part of a new tourism group owned by the investment fund Springwater Capital as majority financial shareholder; Gowaii, industrial shareholder and Royal Caribbean. Nautalia Viajes, was positioned in 2014 as the fifth holiday agency in the Spanish market. In 2015, it led the largest growth among companies in its sector, with a year-on-year rate of 30.4%. Its turnover amounted in 2015 to €279m. It has a workforce of more than 600 professionals in more than 200 offices throughout the country. We highlight the great work carried out by the internal legal team of this company, with lawyer Arturo Esteban, as the principal lawyer interlocutor of the department. Of the members of this internal legal department we highlight their legal qualities. This is a team specialising in commercial and public law. Esteban, a leading lawyer in the legal department, has developed his professional career in the field of large companies related to the tourism, hotel and travel sector. His professional experience stems from his position as a preferred lawyer in the company, Viajes Marsans, for more than ten years in which he stood as a reference in resolving important controversies. He currently directs the legal team of Nautalia Viajes, a company in which Esteban has been working for more than six years. Likewise, the rest of the team is characterised by its extensive previous experience in the business sector of the tourism and hotel industry, which confers on them qualities and aptitudes suitable to solve the legal questions that arise in their relations with private companies, private individuals and public enterprises. In this company, the internal legal team has demonstrated a high capacity for negotiation with other operators, legal firms and companies with which they share important contracts for the exploitation of public spaces for leisure. This is a department made up of lawyers who have a lot of experience in their sector and great negotiation and leadership skills, qualities for which we support their nomination. Lastly, we would like to emphasise that this company develops and executes in a temporary union of companies together with other companies, important contracts for the Spanish Public Administration in the field of its sector of activity and that these public contracts have been prepared.’
