ELTA (Hellenic Post) is the state-owned provider of postal services in Greece. It succeeded the former government postal service, that was founded in 1828. ELTA provides a universal postal service to all parts of Greece and is a member of the Universal Postal Union. It operates the largest logistics and retail network in the country with approximately 7,000 employees and over 1,400 access points.
The company’s legal team is stacked with substantial in-house experience, and its members are specialised in civil and commercial law, e-law, contract drafting and union negotiations.
