Magali Declercq joined family-owned company Jan De Nul Group in 2005 as legal counsel, where she was responsible for supporting the legal activities of the company in the areas of construction and the maintenance of maritime infrastructure.
In December 2016 she was promoted to head of legal of Jan De Nul Group.
Her specialities include international public private partnerships, construction and commercial law.
