Thomas Oremus has served as the director of legal affairs and integrity at major Dutch insurance group, ASR Nederland since May 2015.
He previously served as head of corporate law at NN Group, one of the largest insurance and asset management companies in the Netherlands, where he managed corporate legal teams on M&A and corporate matters.
Prior to joining NN he worked at ING insurance Eurasia, starting as senior legal counsel privacy, procurement and IT and then assuming the role of senior legal counsel functional support.
