Highly experienced privacy lawyer, Pein van Noort has served as legal director for privacy for Uber’s EMEA operations since January 2016. Prior to joining Uber he served as legal counsel for e-commerce, privacy, technology and marketing where he provided counsel during the roll out of a new e-commerce platform in the majority of EU countries. Van Noort previously worked as senior legal counsel for Exact Holding , where he supported all subsidiaries in the EMEA and Asia Pacific region, providing legal advice and legal assistance in the areas of contract law, corporate law, labour law, IT and IP law.
