Mukund Dhar is an energy, infrastructure and natural resources lawyer with experience across the power, oil and gas and mining and metals sectors, especially in Africa and other emerging markets. He has extensive experience in advising sponsors, developers, utilities and lenders on international projects, project financings, investments and acquisitions within these sectors, especially in emerging markets. Dhar can point to a number of Africa involvements, not least during a three year period where he was based in the Johannesburg office of White & Case between 2014 and 2017. During this time he represented Ghana National Gas Company on the commercialisation of gas to be secured from the offshore Jubilee field.
