With a career that has seen him undertake a position as a partner in one of Nigeria’s leading law firms, a general counsel role at Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria and become a director of Clifford Chance in 2017, Olamide Oladosu is well-placed to advise on high profile and complex matters involving the African continent. Nigeria qualified Oladosu has spent over 15 years advising leading both Nigerian and international clients on transactions relating to Nigeria’s energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors. Examples of his work including being the lead Nigerian law partner advising the project company on financing of Nigeria’s US$1bn Azura-Edo power plant, the country’s first fully privately financed independent power plant.
