Bernd Dudel is general counsel and head of compliance for Asia Pacific, having taken over the Asia Pacific legal function’s headquarters in Singapore in January 2016. With roughly a third of the company’s global revenues, Asia Pacific is a key market for Siemens Healthineers, and the legal support of this key region is high among the company’s priorities. As such, it is committed to innovation, with a move in the region to move away from product-centric models to value-centric ones that will attempt to secure long-term, sustainable growth for the multinational healthcare company.
