A partner in Davis Polk’s corporate department, Manuel Garciadiaz regularly advises US and non-US clients on capital markets transactions, including high-yield debt offerings, initial public offerings and exchange offers, mergers and acquisitions, structured and project financings, liability management and debt restructurings, primarily in Latin America. He has worked on more than 200 debt and equity financings involving Latin American issuers, including Cosan, Credit Suisse, EBX Group, Gafisa, Itaú BBA, JP Morgan, Mexichem, Morgan Stanley and Santander Brasil. His work in Mexico includes advising the initial purchasers on the $1bn Rule 144A/Reg S notes offering by Mexichem.
