Tugu Pratama Indonesia operates as a general insurance company focusing on providing insurance against risks in the oil and gas industry. Its legal team of five lawyers and two non-legal staff is headed by Bekti Prawidyarini (legal department head) and Tengku Parameswara (legal expert staff). The department which also includes senior legal officers have been commended for working on a range of tasks for the company in recent years, especially on handling and successfully resolving a number of important subrogation cases.
