The Genesys legal team cover a broad range of daily legal activities required by the computer software company, including corporate law, contract law, corporate governance, regulatory matters, acquisitions, labour law and capital markets. As senior vice president for Latin America at Genesys, John Carr is responsible for commercial activities in the region, including sales, channel management, delivery and customer satisfaction. Another key and highly regarded member of the team is global leader of legal department operations and legal director for Latin America, Jaime Borja Lascurain who has over 20 years’ experience of leading teams.
